Softmalipo is not liable for user errors during transaction entry, service interruptions caused by network outages, or losses from unauthorized access due to user negligence.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dar es Salaam.
